Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship from Orrville, Ohio to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C. Orders normally dispatch in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. See our shipping policy for details.
What does standard shipping cost?
Standard shipping is $6.95 for orders below $75, and free for qualifying orders of $75 or more. The threshold uses your merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax and shipping.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind returns must be unused and unwashed with original packaging, tags and included parts; you pay return postage. Please read our return and refund policy for conditions and help with damaged or incorrect items.
Are batteries and styling props included?
Batteries are not included with our LED candles. Check the selected product's battery type and quantity before use. Candleholders, pillow inserts and other props are included only when the product description expressly lists them.
